RPM Truck and Trailer Sales takes the integrity of our business dealings very seriously.

All transactions between you, the customer (“Customer”) and RPM Truck and Trailer Sales (RPM Trailer Sales) are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to carefully review the information we’ve provided below.

  • PRICES: All Prices are expressed in United States dollars and DO NOT include any applicable sales tax, license fees, delivery and or shipping.
  • Payment Method: RPM Truck and Trailer Sales will accept cash, certified check, company check, bank drafted personal check, and COD. We do not accept any foreign currency or checks from foreign countries.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All trailers are quoted as a cash sale. Payments for trailers being made with a credit card or financing a trailer is subject to an administrative fee.
  • Special Quotations: Special quotes given on items in stock or special orders are valid only for the period specified in writing, or 15 days if no period is specified in writing.
  • Deposits: Deposits are accepted on any of our trailers in inventory. A deposit on a trailer means, that you (the customer) has agreed to all terms of the Purchase agreement and have placed a non refundable deposit to hold a trailer on our lot until your pick-up date or delivery date. Deposits are valid only for the period specified in the terms of the purchase agreement, or 30 days if no period is specified in writing.
  • Trailers Custom Ordered require a 25% Deposit. Once deposit is received and trailer is ordered, the deposit is non-refundable and a stocking fee may apply.
  • Payment of Balance Due: Payments of balance due is based on the customer’s purchase agreement and delivery terms.
  • Trailers being picked up at our location require payment in full prior to leaving our lot.
  • Trailers being delivered by a transporter must be paid in full 3 days prior to leaving our location unless otherwise specified in writing by RPM and the customer.
  • Trailers being picked up Direct from the factory must be paid in full 3 days prior to customer arrival at the plant for pick-up.
  • Georgia State Sales Tax: Georgia state sales tax is 4%. The additional local tax added will reflect the county you register the trailer in.
    A nonresident or out of state customer will not pay sales tax in Georgia. The customers is responsible for any and all applicable sales tax, and licensing fees when registering out of state.
  • Financing: Financing offered at RPM Truck and Trailer Sales is credit approval based on Lender criteria. NOT ALL customers will qualify.
  • Special Offers: Special Offers and discounts are time sensitive and maybe limited to a specific trailer.
  • Additional Fees: All trailer purchases are subject to an administrative fee.
  • Titles to trailers sold: All Customers will receive a Certificate of Origin (Title) for the trailer they purchase. Title to trailer sold and risk of loss and damage shall pass to Customer upon taking possession of the trailer, except that title to (but not risk of loss) shall not pass, in the case of trailers sold upon credit terms, until payment in full has been received.
